The location of the hotel is excellent and absolutely perfect, just a short distance from everywhere. The rooms are beautifully maintained and come with a bath, safe, and fridge. The pool area is lovely and well-kept. The staff interactions are well-trained and professional.

The hotel was situated in the central location near the center of Tarifa. The check-in was fine, we greatly enjoyed pool bar.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the bathroom in my room was spacious.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is ideal, just a short walk away from the town centre, yet in a quiet area. The amenities provided were fantastic, from the tea and coffee facilities in my room to the spa and wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with great service and plenty of amenities.

Hotel location

The main criterion for booking a hotel in December with children was that it should have an indoor swimming pool and when we arrived at the hotel we found that it had been under construction since November 11 and was going to be long, we were told. We made the reservation on November 20th so we find it unacceptable that this fact was not informed when making the reservation. Also, on the morning of December 5th I called the hotel to inform them that we would be late and we were not told anything and when we arrived they told us that they had called us that day to warn us, which also makes no sense if I had been working since November 11th. To try to compensate we were offered free parking which seems to us at least a detail, but it does not compensate at all for the lowered expectations of the hotel stay. We think it is a big mistake on the part of the hotel not to inform that the indoor pool is temporarily not working because the expectations of spending a few days with children change radically.

This enchanting hotel is located in a nice building in traditional style. Make sure to book a twin room with a warm jacuzzi, bath, shower, and a kettle.
